Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control may occur. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local collection / delivery to customers in our area (Bishops Castle, Shropshire)

We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping excluding the EU and NI

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

I8 to 20 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hare and Heather Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR EU & NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS

Due to the new EU regulations, we are no longer able to ship directly to the EU or Northern Ireland. However, if you choose to use a third-party forwarding service to ship to these regions, please be aware that we cannot guarantee compliance with the EU's general product safety regulation (GPSR) so we do not recommend you using these services, and we take no responsibility of orders being directed through other platforms. 

IMPORTANT INFOMATION: 

Liability for compliance: As a small business, we are responsible for ensuring that products meet safety regulations when sold within the EU and Norther Ireland. If you use a forwarding service, the responsibility for compliance with these regulations will shift to you. 

Shipping Services: While we cannot block third-party services, please note that using a forwarding service is at your own risk. We recommend checking the regulations in your destination country to ensure compliance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hareandheather.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer free returns. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hareandheather.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
